CleanAir Express
3-D Pitot and Console

The CleanAir Express 3-D pitot and console is used for the determination of total pressure and pressure drop, precise measurement of gas velocities and cyclonic and tangential flow per EPA Method 2F (including an in-house wind tunnel calibration). It is also used to determine the acceptability of a testing location as prescribed in EPA Method 1. The probe tip is a United Sensors DAT probe.

Helpful Hints:

Experience is recommended when renting this device. The accuracy of the Express Pitot and Console can be questionable when measuring at low flow locations. Proper interpretation of the data requires a thorough knowledge of the sampling procedures.
